Sadak2 movie review

SADAK 2: ABSOLUTELY A BAD 90’S MOVIE

After watching SADAK2 I wondered why film makers who have been successful in a certain period, in this case, it’s the 90’s, would try to make a comeback and make the movie in the same format as the 90’s.

So in short SADAK 2 is not bad it is VERY BAD, starting with the writing by Mahesh Bhatt and Suhrita Sengupta is flat and below average even in 90’s standards.

But what takes the cake is the worst performances by the entire cast. Sanjay Dutt looks absolutely out of place wondering what is he doing. Alia Bhatt though better than the better actors looks confused. Aditya Roy Kapoor is consistent with his bad acting. One of the biggest highlight of SADAK was its villain MAHARANI, brilliantly played by the late Sadashiv Amrapurkar, he was scary and menacing and gave a chill whenever he was on screen. In comparison, the villain of SADAK 2 a fraud Godman played by Makrand Deshpande is unintentionally hilarious because of his get up and I guess this is Makrand’s worst performance because it is not only bad it is very bad. Jishu Sengupta still tries to make sense of the chaos called SADAK 2 with his performance. Even a brilliant actress like Priyanka Bose hams and how. Gulshan Grover is wasted.

In short SADAK 2 is not BAD but VERY BAD, and can’t believe that it is a Mahesh Bhatt directed movie.
An absolute washout I will go with ONE (1) STAR…

I will go with
